  Unbelievable, some very attractive Sofas and reasonable prices. We probably would have bought from there, however we were followed around by sales reps, constantly badgered. As soon as we sat down on any of the sofas a member of staff was harassing us. If you rethink your sales tactics and sales people it will improve things. It’s a large investment, most buyers don’t want to be chased around by sales people. The fact that most of the reps were very scruffy and stunk of cigarettes and coffee, not a nice environment for convincing me to spend. I won’t go back.

  The salesman who helped us with picking our carpets was very helpful and very honest. The salesman who sold us our sofa - not so much. We initially spoke to him and said what we were after and our position, being that we wouldn't be purchasing that day, but would be next week. As soon as we said wouldn't be purchasing that day he practically ran off. When we were then back purchasing our carpets the same day, he was in the middle of speaking to another customer and suddenly shouts over to us, asking if we would be purchasing our furniture that day and to come back to him. 2 out of five stars as the man who helped the carpets was great but as for the other, not so much!

  I purchased a 3 & a 2 seater Christmas time it was delivered to me 2 weeks ago after having to be dismantled to get into my house, after 3 days I noticed a split in the side of it so I took some pictures and emailed them to the warehouse and they received them and said they will be in touch in 24/48hrs. Which I’m still waiting to hear from. It’s a absolute disgrace and I advise people not to use SCS Sofas
