- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-02, by Valerie NortonPharmacy in need of overhaul. Retraining in service to customers and use of technicians. Far too many pharmacists doing dispensing work when they should be checking. No one's prescription should be done on computer at front desk where people can see what you are doing. A phone should be answered within 4 rings 6 max, I sat on phone for 4 minutes today and still no answer. Terrible service from a supposedly top firm. As an ex pharmacy tech. I think not.
