  I called this shop today, for advise and the receptionist ( Louise) was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. Very unhelpful, didn’t care one bit for the animal in question or it’s well being. How can you employ such a horrible person. Luckily the gentleman on the helpline was lovely, and the animal will be fine.

  The women who answers the phone here is the rudest women ive ever come accross my partner has just rung for advice and prices and she spoke to him like crap! This women is suppose to help but instead we are left shocked at how rude she was. I wouldnt even feel comfortable having my animal go here if thats just the first phone call.
